These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the KW CARDIAC LTD website, prototypes, portals, and any content or services made available through them (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorised to bind the organisation on whose behalf you use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Do not misuse content, documentation, or credentials shared for collaboration.
• Do not introduce malware, automated scraping, or disruptive loads.
• Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, and other proprietary graphics are the property of KW CARDIAC LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit any portion of the Service without prior written permission, except for materials explicitly licensed under your client agreement.

Client materials

You retain ownership of assets you upload or disclose. By submitting materials, you grant KW CARDIAC LTD a limited licence to use, store, and process them solely for providing the contracted services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Prototypes may include experimental or placeholder data for demonstration purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, KW CARDIAC LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KW CARDIAC LTD, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
